Edit posts after creation

Hi there,

We’ve added support for editing posts after creation. Until now, once a post was created, your only option was to delete it and start over. Now you can update posts without breaking your flow.

This is especially useful when:

• you’re iterating on content before publishing

• something changes after scheduling

• an AI-generated post needs a quick fix

• you’re adjusting media or text across platforms

Editing works within the same model as everything else in Postproxy. You’re still dealing with a single post entity, not juggling multiple versions manually.
